This carefully crafted 10 day morocco tour from Casablanca takes you through the country’s most iconic landscapes and ancient cities. Beginning on the Atlantic coast, you’ll travel north through Rabat and Chefchaouen’s legendary blue medina, then east into the spiritual heart of Fes. From there, the route descends south across the Middle Atlas into the golden Sahara dunes of Merzouga, before sweeping back west through the Valley of Roses, the Draa Valley, and the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou — finishing in the vibrant Red City of Marrakech.
Whether you’re a first-time visitor or returning to discover more, this 10-day desert tour from Casablanca balances adventure, culture, and genuine comfort at every step. Every detail — transport, riads, desert camp, local guides — is arranged for you.
If the Fes to Marrakech desert tour 4 days doesn’t fit your plans, just let us know. We can shorten it to 3 days/2 nights or extend it to 5 days/4 nights. You can also choose your preferred accommodation and desert camp, whether standard or luxury, to match your comfort and travel style. Reach out to us for a custom itinerary and detailed pricing.
10 days from Casablanca is the sweet spot. It gives you 2 days in Fes (you really need two), one night in the desert, and time to explore Marrakech properly, without feeling rushed between destinations. 7 days is possible but tight; 12–14 days lets you add Essaouira or the Atlas Mountains.
Our 10-day desert tour from Casablanca includes private air-conditioned vehicle transport in a 4×4 or minibusses, an English-speaking driver-guide for all 10 days, 9 nights of accommodation in riads and hotels, a camel trek into Erg Chebbi, an overnight desert camp with dinner and live music, and all major entrance fees. Flights and international transfers are not included.
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are ideal for 10 days in Morocco starting in Casablanca. Temperatures are comfortable across all regions — including the desert, where summer heat exceeds 45°C. Winter (December–February) is fine for the cities, but cold in the desert at night. Avoid the Sahara in July and August.
We recommend layers! The desert is warm by day but can be chilly at night. Bring a windbreaker, a scarf to protect against sand, comfortable walking shoes, and a small “overnight bag” for the camp.
Most of our camps in Merzouga use solar power. You can usually charge your devices in the main dining tent or in your private tent if you book the luxury camp. We still recommend bringing a power bank so you can take plenty of photos of the dunes.
The camel ride to the camp takes about an hour and moves at a gentle pace, making it suitable for most ages. If you prefer not to ride a camel, we can arrange a 4×4 transfer to the camp at no extra cost. This way, you can still enjoy the sunset and the desert experience in comfort.
